Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds for cancellations, a change of mind or gift vouchers.

Rescheduling Policy

Footee is an outdoor venue that is at the mercy of Irish weather. We are flexible when it comes to last minute rescheduling requests because of weather forecasts and predictions. If it is raining, we will always be open and therefore this is not an accepted rescheduling reason. If the local Dublin area is under a Status Orange, Red or Thunder/Lightning Storm warning, we will seek to reschedule your booking in the interests of your safety.

Bookings may be cancelled outright at the absolute discretion of Footee Ireland, however cancelled tickets will only be credited as a voucher less an administrative fee of €25 and the booking fee charged at the time of booking.

Event Bookings (Kids Parties/Corporate/Schools etc)

You have four weeks from your event date to reschedule or amend your booking. We do not accept last minute cancellations.

If you have any issues with your booking leading up to your event, you can contact us between 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday only.

Late Arrival Policy

We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your allocated start time. If you arrive late you will not receive a credit or refund but we will always do our best to accommodate your group.

Safety Policy

Our recommended age for players is 6 years and over, however some of our activities are not suited to this age group (Bubble Football & Battlezone Archery).

Players under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to play. You will not receive a refund or credit.

For safety reasons anyone with the following impairment/medical conditions are not permitted to play (please contact a member of our team to discuss in advance):

•⁠ ⁠Epilepsy or similar seizure disorders.
•⁠ ⁠Broken leg or arm.
•⁠ ⁠Wheelchair users (however we will do our best to assist wheelchair users)

Some of our games are not recommended for individuals with the following impairment/medical conditions (please contact a member of our team to discuss in advance):

•⁠ ⁠Heart condition.
•⁠ ⁠Heavily pregnant
